completed of ALL Independent Contractors. It is important to note that previous
felonies/ misdemeanors can exclude someone from becoming an Independent
Contractor for Sears Home Improvement Products, but it is equally as important
to note that not all previous felonies/misdemeanors automatically exclude a
potential Independent Contractor.
