In states where licensing/workers compensation insurance of home improvement contractors is necessary, Sears Home Improvement Products will expect it's independent contractors to hold such licensure and insurance (examples of states where this is necessary are; California, Florida, West Virginia, Maryland - please note this is not an all inclusive list, rather just an example).
